Autism and Mustangs: What’s the connection?

The National Ability Center is a unique facility that offers three different forms of equine assisted activities or therapy: Therapeutic riding, Hippotherapy, and Equine Facilitated Learning–including three mustangs who work primarily with young adults with autism. Meet one of these young adults in this video.

The NAC is a unique and compelling example of the incomparable bond between humans and horses that encourages America’s passion for wild horses. We believe these horses deserve national attention to encourage new management solutions. Help us make this film that will share the story!
